Architectural Review Board

The Architectural Review Board, also known as the ARB, regulates the external appearance, use, and location of the homes at Raintree and has been charged with the responsibility of preserving and enhancing property value at Raintree. The ARB ensures that homes built at Raintree are constructed to meet the qualifications set in the covenants of the Association. Each builder must sign an application and a builder’s contract. The application and the contract are kept in the office. The ARB also regulates home improvements to ensure they are within the guidelines of the Association. No new construction nor improvements to an existing structure may be initiated without approval of the Architectural Review Board. Contact the office for more details or attend the ARB meeting.

A good rule of thumb if you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home, you will probably need approval.  If in doubt, just call the Raintree Lake office at 816-537-7576.  The ARB meets twice a month to approve plans and improvements.  The first and third Monday of the month.  The deadline for submitting requests to the ARB is the Thursday before each meeting.
