The Appeals Committee hears and makes decisions on resident fines and violations as needed. The appeals committee was formed to assist the Board of Directors. Any property owner who believes that they have been unfairly judged has the right to request an appeal. Residents can appeal to the Board if not satisfied with the Appeals Committee decision.
