Architectural Review Board

The Architectural Review Board, also known as the ARB, regulates the external appearance, use, and location of the homes at Raintree and has been charged with the responsibility of preserving and enhancing property values at Raintree. The ARB ensures that homes built at Raintree are constructed to meet the qualifications set in the covenants of the Association. Each builder must sign an application and a builder’s contract. The application and the contract are kept in the office. The ARB also regulates home improvements to ensure they are within the guidelines of the Association. No new construction nor improvements to an existing structure may be initiated without approval of the Architectural Review Board. Contact the office for more details or attend the ARB meeting.

A good rule of thumb if you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home, you will probably need approval.  If in doubt, just call the Raintree Lake office at 816-537-7576.  The ARB meets on the first and third Mondays of each month to approve plans and improvements.  Applications are due in the office by Thursday prior to get on the agenda for that week.

Visit the Forms page to find the appropriate application.  Some applications need a plot plan that you can find in the office or at City Hall if you do not have one.  It will say on the application what is needed.  Please Email the form  and attached documents needed to Office@rlpoa.com .   You may also drop off in the night drop or bring into the office at your convenience.  The deadline to get your application in is Wednesday of each week.

Do not email your application to this link listed, but if you have a question for the Architectural Review Board members email at mailto:arb@rlpoa.com
