The Duck Pond Activity Center Committee is set up to enhance and oversee the general condition of the facility for use of groups and resident rentals. They recommend any changes to policies and procedures.
Renting The Duck Pond Activity Center: It was renovated in April of 2013. It is now equipped with 6 – 42″ x 42″ tables and 6 – 30″ x 60″ as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of electrical outlets for crockpots. Maximum occupancy is 60.
The Activity Center is available for use by Raintree Lake residents, clubs and committees and is a great alternative to the clubhouse for smaller gatherings, parties or events. Raintree residents may rent the Activity Center from 9:00am to 10:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for a rental fee of $250. There is a $250 deposit required upon scheduling. There is also a mandatory cleaning fee of $75. Please review the Duck Pond Activity Center Directory Rules for additional details.
